Refund Policy

A full refund will be automatically processed to all users who have made their application through this website in case of application denial by the Government and/or its sponsors.

Once you have submitted your application with us, it is assumed and agreed that we will begin the submission process within the time frame indicated during your application.

All requests must be made before 72 hours of the approval or it won't be possible for a refund to be expedited.

If you request a refund after the approval of your eTA application, but before the 72 hours period, you will only be entitled to receive a partial refund of $50 US dollars.

If you wish to request a refund, email us at indicating the following:

  • Your reason for the request.
  • Your full names (as appear in your passport).
  • Your unique transaction ID.
  • The email used to make the registration on this website.
  • For multiple requests, please indicate all transaction IDs.

    Our cancellation and refund process usually takes 72 hours to complete.
